Get involved
- Join a work group, task force, or committee.
- Volunteer for an event or action.
- Participate in a training.
- Testify at a hearing; attend a county, city, or state meeting.
- Contact or visit elected officials.
- Write a letter to the editor.
Make a financial contribution
Donations in any amount are always welcome! (Think outside the box: make or request a donation to celebrate a milestone — yours or a friend’s — donate in honor of someone you admire, make a memorial donation….) As an affiliate of WISDOM, MOSES shares in WISDOM’s 501(c)3 status, so your donation is tax-deductible. The more financial support MOSES receives from our members — congregational, organizational, and individual — and friends, the less time we need to spend organizing fundraising or seeking and writing grants.
Here’s how to contribute financially to support our work:
- Mail a check (payable to “MOSES”) to MOSES, PO Box 7031, Madison, WI 53707
- From the MOSES website donations page (mosesmadison.org/donate), you can make an online donation with a credit or debit card or a PayPal account or download the form to enroll in monthly giving through electronic funds transfer.
- Consider making a tax-deductible donation to MOSES from your RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) and/or including MOSES in your estate planning.
