Organizer

James Morgan is employed as the Community Organizer for MOSES. James represents MOSES on a local, state and national level attending conferences, training and Organizer events. He is responsible for assisting with General Membership Meetings, Fundraising, Recruitment of Congregations and Individuals, Membership Trainings-Education, and Media Messaging.

Previously James was the Lead, State Certified Peer Support Specialist and Trainer at JustDane where he assisted persons returning from incarceration in navigating their Reentry back into the community. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin’s Associate of Arts Degree Program in the Humanities, U.W. Odyssey Program Alum, the WARF UpStart Program for Minorities and Women’s Entrepreneurship Program, Gamaliel National Leadership Program, JLUSA (JustLeadershipUSA) Emerging Leadership Training, (MAP) Madison Apprenticeship Program, JustDanes’ Circles of Support, University of Wisconsin’s Pathways to Parenthood After Incarceration Program (PIO) and the University of Cincinnati Core Correctional Practices Training.
