Ad sales for the 2025 MOSES yearbook will wrap up soon!

Ad sizes and prices are the same as last year.  The deadline to submit ad copy has been extended to Monday, December 8, 2025.

Ad sizes and prices are the same as last year:

  • Eighth page (approximately business card size) (3.5” W x 2.5” H) = $75
  • Quarter page (3.5” W x 4.75” H) = $125
  • Half page (7.5” W x 4.75” H) = $250

We are happy to reprint last year’s ad—no need to create a new one.

Summary of ad sales process:

  1. Let us know what ads you are buying or selling.  For each ad in the yearbook, we need to know the ad buyer name and contact information, the ad size, and whether the ad is a reprint from last year. (more detail below)
  2. Submit payment.  (see below)
  3. Submit ad copy (if ad is a reprint, there is no need to resubmit ad copy from last year).  Email camera ready ad copy to mosesyearbook@gmail.com by Monday, December 8, 2025

Ad buyer name and contact info: we need the name of the business, faith community, or organization buying the ad and the name and email address and/or phone number of the person who is responsible for submitting the ad.  If the person who is responsible for submitting payment for the ad is different, their contact information is also helpful!

Payment can be made in two ways:

  • Mail a check payable to “MOSES” to MOSES, PO Box 7031, Madison, WI 53707.  Please either note “ad payment” in the memo line of the check or attach a hard copy note to the check indicating that it is for a yearbook ad.
