Executive Committee

Role and Responsibilities

The Executive Committee is designated by the MOSES Bylaws to have all powers and authority of the Leadership Board in the intervals between meetings of Leadership Board, except for the power to amend MOSES’s bylaws and articles of incorporation. General practice is identify, discuss and bring any matters of significance to the Leadership Board for their consideration.

Composition

The composition of the Executive Committee includes:

• The Officers of MOSES: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary
• The Chair of the Religious Leaders Caucus
• The Community Organizer, ex officio
