The prison population in Wisconsin has more than tripled since 1990. Wisconsin has the highest black male incarceration rate in the country. The Executive Committee attendance typically includes: The Officers of MOSES: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary Other elected members: Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary The Chair of the Religious Leaders Caucus The Community Organizer, ex officio Other MOSES members may be invited to attend by the President to make presentations from time to time.
