Leadership Board
Role and Responsibilities
The Leadership Board is designated by the MOSES Bylaws to act as a board of directors in order to manage the affairs of MOSES, including:
- Approving the admission of faith communities and not-for-profits to membership in MOSES;
- Determining dues amounts for members;
- Electing officers;
- Establishing and dissolving MOSES task forces and Leadership Board committees;
- Approving MOSES issues and position statements.
Composition
The composition of the Leadership Board includes:
- The Officers of MOSES: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary
- A representative from each
- Leadership Board committee
- MOSES Task Force
- The Religious Leaders Caucus
- A representative from each
- The Community Organizer, ex officio
