MOSES General Meeting Tasks

• Schedule the speakers for the general meetings

  • Currently this is the main focus of the Events Team

• Arrange for food

  • Volunteers are currently self organizing themselves to provide food.

• Set up and restore room

  • Volunteers, often recruited from attenders under the direction of regulars, help with this.

  • Tech support is provided by the tech team.

Other MOSES events

• Coordinate with task forces that want to host forums, with the task forces providing the speakers or panel

• Arrange for venue

• Recruit volunteers for set up and clean up

We are looking for people who want to meet and brainstorm great meetings for MOSES. We  want people who want to just show up and move tables around and set up chairs while connecting with other MOSES members.  We want people who like to feed people and we like people who want to make sure the world knows about the issues and events of MOSES.
